Latest Jaguar model prowls with style THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS
Limos tote rock stars and corporate criminals – probably to the same parties in SoHo and West Hollywood.
In the fall, they haul pork-barrel politicians back to town so they can explain that little incident in Hawaii with the beach bunny or those unfortunate bags of cash at the Dallas airport.
Between those jobs, I figure, limos transport millionaire pro football players to topless bars – or someplace far, far away from Dallas if you happen to be a hapless, hatless Cowboy. Read More

Jaguar C-X75 Concept Car Reveal – Jaguar goes old school MOTOR TREND
A few weeks ago, Jaguar took handy command of the Paris auto show not only by rolling out the undisputed star of the entire event, but by doing so in style, thus recalling some of the old magic of auto show debuts. The C-X75 is a particularly tasty flight of fancy exploring the notion of an electric powered exotic two-seater carrying small super turbines that generate a theoretical 600 or so horsepower worth of juice to power the C-X75′s electric motors (so named in celebration of of Jaguar's 75 years in business). A sparky new motor THE ECONOMIST
THE star of this weeks Paris Motor Show was a Jaguar supercar. The C-X75 can accelerate to 100kph (62mph) in just 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 330kph. It is powered by batteries that are recharged by miniature diesel-sipping jet turbines. Although it is a mere experimental vehicle, the excited response shows that carmakers have come to see electric vehicles as part of their future. How large a part will depend on how drivers react to the rather less racy electric offerings from big producers such as General Motors (GM), Mitsubishi, Nissan and Renault. Read More

12 Rounds with…2010 BMW 760Li vs. 2011 Jaguar XJL Supercharged AUTOBYTEL
Let's be honest: no one under the age of 50 would be caught dead in the previous XJ. Sadly, its thoroughly modern aluminum underpinnings and impressive performance were buried beneath stuffy styling that was essentially nipped and tucked for the better part of four decades. Read More
Paris Motor Show as exciting as a washer/dryer convention THE GLOBE AND MAIL
If the recent Paris Motor Show is any indication, the auto industry risks careening down a road to a ghetto filled with fleets of bland, uninspiring transportation appliances. As a harbinger of the four-wheel future, Paris could mark the beginning of the end for the car business as we've known it for 100 years. Read More

The 2011 Jaguar XJ Offers Impeccable Style FAST CARS 4 SALE
Jaguar is well known for its classy luxury cars and the XJ has been its flagship sedan for many years. It's always been a beautiful ride but a bit stuffy and old fashioned. For 2011 Jaguar has given the XJ a makeover and as a result its sportier, better looking and extremely modern. The front grille is still distinct and certainly impressive but the body is graceful and almost feline-like. The XJ is a luxury sedan and goes head to head with the best of the best including the Mercedes S-Class, the Mercedes CLS class, the 7- series from BMW and the LS460 from Lexus. Read More

2010 Jaguar XJ and XJL Review EXECUTIVE ROAD WARRIOR
The front seats are sublime and suitable for marathon long-distance driving sessions. Some passengers complained about the supersized transmission tunnel, which has the unfortunate effect of making the cabin feel more confined that it actually is, but I found that aspect of the interior quite roomy. Despite the coupe-like appearance, the rear seats are exceptionally roomy as well. Read More
