Jaguar recently recognized 2 Bergen Jaguar employees as some of the top Jaguar professionals in the country.
Joe Miele, a Bergen Jaguar technician finished among the top 6 technicians for test-scores and actual repair and diagnosing skills.
Anthony Villani, salesperson was recognised for his high Customer Satisfaction Index ratings and his product knowledge. Both Joe and Anthony were awarded all-expense Caribbean Cruise Trips.
TED BEAGLES RETIRES AS SERVICE MANAGER - BERGEN JAGUAR WELCOMES TIMOTHY BRODERICK
Bergen Jaguar congratulates Ted Beagles on his recent retirement. The dealership celebrated with a dinner at El Cid's in Paramus. The Tiffany watch well deserved, enjoy your retirement Ted!

Jaguar Cars recently hosted a product knowledge contest at which Tri-State sales people performed a "Walk Around" presentation. In a "Walk Around" a sales person explains the important features of the vehicle to a prospective car buyer. Since Bergen Jaguar sells and services only Jaguars we tend to have some of the most best educated sales professionals. Mr. Villani won third place when competing against his tri-state area collegues. Good work Anthony!
BERGEN JAGUAR SPONSORS SCHOOL OF ROCK CONCERT TO BENEFIT AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY Thanks to sponsorship by Bergen Jaguar and Englewood Jaguar, The Paul Green School of Rock “All Stars” will be performing the music of Frank Zappa with original band member Ike Willis. The School of Rock Bergen County will also be presenting A New British Invasion featuring songs by The Beatles, Led Zepplin, The Who and more. The Paul Green School of Rock is the original performance based, interactive music school that inspired the movie. To date their students have performed over 350 concerts to more than 100,000 people. CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CLINIC Bergen Jaguar recently invited Jaguar owners to get a very thorough inspection of their Jaguars at our Customer Care Service Clinic. Factory and dealership technicians then personally went through the inspection reports with owners and their cars in the shop area (customers are typically restricted from the shop). Buffet-style refreshments were served and an assortment of Jaguar accessories such as ski and bike racks were displayed. Bergen Jaguar will be hosting another Service Clinic in the Spring of 2005. |

Neiman Marcus held a Zenga "Made to Measure" Suit event this past fall at which the perfect accessory, a 2004 Jaguar Vanden Plas made a special appearance. Several customers were especially pleased to see how many more Neiman's bags fit in the 2004 model as compared to the previous XJ model.
