Bergen Jaguar’s Dust-Off Sunday
Bergens Car Show
 A Jaguar car show is always an enjoyable event. Bergen Jaguar’s Dust-Off Sunday was held on Father’s Day and the response was great! Approximately 50 Jaguars, from early XK models to late XJS convertibles, were displayed by their owners. The public turn out was phenomenal. Almost 200 people browsed the show, though it was a very hot day in the upper 90s. Motorists on Route 17 who didn’t stop honked their horns with approval.

We Need Your Input!
 One of the most important tools Bergen Jaguar has been able to utilize in our quest to satisfy our clients has been the use of customer surveys. For almost 5 years now, Jaguar purchasers have been sent customer satisfaction surveys. This program has now been extended to all pre-owned clients as well. For the last 3 months, pre-owned purchasers have also been asked to fill out customer satisfaction surveys.

 In order for Bergen Jaguar to reach 100% customer satisfaction we will need everyone’s input! We want to know your thoughts about your experience here and would like to see everyone return their surveys. So please, help us serve you. Once we know what you think we’ll be even closer to serving all of our clients’ needs.

 Bergen Jaguar’s Award of Excellence

 Bergen Jaguar was the official dealer sponsor of the Jaguar Touring Club’s 1998 Concours D’ Elegance which was held on Saturday, June 27th. Saturday’s Concours included a large array of Jaguars, from classics to new XK8s.
 Bergen Jaguar’s representatives at Saturday’s show were Christopher Kaefer and Bob Cella. They selected what they felt embodied the best of Jaguar’s spirit and excellence. The choice was a difficult one with so many prime Jaguars. The final selection was a British racing green 1959 XK150, owned by John Spillman of York, Pennsylvania.

The Grand Opening Celebration of The New Bergen Jaguar: A Huge Success
Beatle Mania
 The original cast of Beatlemania rocked the night on Thursday, June 25, the grand opening night of the New Bergen Jaguar. Approximately 400 people partied in 60s style that night.
 Curious motorists slowed Route 17 to a crawl in front of the dealership. The event was really out of this world! Or at least out of this time period.

 A staff of 27 valets greeted guests who then experienced a grand entrance into the dealership complete with a red carpet, Scottish bagpipers, and hippies who handed out daisies, love beads, and peace signs.
 Hors d’oeuvres and Dinner included traditional English delights such as Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls, Roast Beef, and Fish and Chips. Even drink selections such as Guinness and Ginger Beer reflected the rich English heritage of Jaguar.

Bergen Jaguar will be at the Garden State Plaza
 The Garden State Plaza will hold their annual Summer Clearance Sale from Thursday, July 23 through Saturday, July 25. While at the sale, take time to visit Bergen Jaguar’s display which will be in the fountain court outside of Neiman Marcus. Bergen Jaguar will have several Jaguars on display and will also be raising awareness for Tomorrows Children’s Fund. Come and find out more about what Tomorrows Children’s Fund does to fight childhood cancer. You will have an opportunity to help this worthy cause and win several gift certificates including $100 to Neiman Marcus, $150 to Bergen Jaguar’s Boutique, and $25 to Eddie Bauer.

4.9% Financing Available on Pre-Owned Cars for July
 Starting this July, Jaguar Credit has made available 4.9% financing for up to 60 months on ’96 and ’97 pre-owned Jaguars. Now that Bergen Jaguar’s new pre-owned showroom is open, you now have a chance to browse a large selection of pre-owned Jaguars in a large comfortable showroom. We don’t know how long the 4.9% rate will last for. We are only promised July, and you must, of course, be approved by Jaguar Credit for this special program.
